Subject: Urgent – Need Access to School Project (Locked Behind Pro Version)

Hello,

I’m a student and I created a project on Delightex for school. I shared the project with my teacher, but now I can no longer edit, duplicate, or even export it because it says I need a Pro version.

This project is very important for my school assignment. I only need temporary access so I can save or finish it. I’m not planning to buy the Pro version — I just need access to submit my work.

Could you please help me unlock the project or let me download it?

The best thing to do would be to ask your teacher if they can help you with this, since you’re using a student account.

In general though, if a Project created during the Pro trial was not published during that time-frame, it won’t be possible to access it after unless you are able to join a teachers Pro license in the future.
