Students cannot log in

I have created a class code and have tried to get 17 students to sign in with their Microsoft accounts. It only allowed 6 students to sign in, the rest received an error stating this class cannot be accessed because your teacher does not have enough seats. I most definitely have enough seats, as you cannot have less than 50 to start. I have also changed the class code and they have tried both Google and Microsoft accounts to no avail.

How do I get them started?

We’ve checked your account under the username rtriley, and we saw that the license it belongs to is full — there are only 21 seats which are all taken.

For more students to join, more seats will need to be purchased.

If you’re referring to a different license, please let us know the right username associated with it and we’ll look again.
