Pro Trial Unavailable

I am a teacher and I am trying to use a free trial, it is no longer available and now is asking for an access code ( I found out about this site from an educational conference and was not given a code) or it wants me to pay to upgrade. I am not able to spend $300+ out of pocket at the moment for software that I am unable to even trial to see if it would work for my students. I sent a ticket to support but haven’t heard back. Does anyone know how I can access the free trial or do I need to find a different company? If so are there any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi @Amber_Dumbuya thanks for your messages!

We checked your account and the reason you’re no longer seeing the trial option is because it was already used. You then downgraded back to Basic, and a trial can only be activated once per account.

You can sign up with a different email address to activate a new trial. Hope this helps!
