Some problems
My phone is an Android model. the Delightex application is updated, but I can’t create a project on my mobile. I can’t use it either (an error message ‘Did you get lost?’ appears).
Also, when I try to use ‘Create AI 360º image’ on my computer, I get a message saying that this option is disabled (‘contact a license plan administrator…’). I am using Windows system
Third problem, I have not been able to find the new 3d objects repository.
As you have already noticed, I’m a bit desperate and need help.
I guess you will be with a lot of work now… please give me some hints!
I use Delightex practically every day and now, with this change - I know it takes some time to solve unforeseen issues - I’m a bit lost.
I’m looking forward to exploring all these new options
Thank you very much

Hi @arbues - If you click on license plan then Integrations, you should be able to enable access to Skybox AI and the 3D objects. You can watch this video to find out exactly how to access the new library of 3D objects.

We’ve emailed you in relation to your phone issues and will try to get to the bottom of this as soon as we can  Thanks!

Thank you very much for your reply
It was my mistake. I was using a teacher account created within my profile. It was created so long ago that I forgot.
Sorry for the inconvenience. My fault.
Thanks again for your time.
Best regards
