Move blocks for natural disasters

For a project I’m doing, I’m making a tornado, and when the tornado hits a building, the building flies out. I created a system where the tornado goes in circles already, and I put a ‘When (tornado) collides with (Corner store)
Enter: move corner store 100 meters forwards in 2 seconds
Exit: move corner store 100 meters forwards in 2 seconds’
but it doesn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Can someone explain what exit and enter things do, and, if you can, how to add a rising lava? (I’m also trying to do that) Thanks!
