Issue uploading 360 images on 'Tour'

Hi,

My ‘Tour’ assignment is failing to upload 360 images that my students have taken. They are all in the same format some are uploading whilst others are not. It doesn’t give me a reason, it just says ‘loading’ for a couple of seconds at the top and then disappears. I’m using this activity on Thursday with my students, please could someone look into this?
