Invisible obstacles in the imported model

Hello everyone. I am a mathematics teacher from Matera, and I am learning to create my projects with Cospaces. Specifically, I would like to create an escape room using models and environments that I build with Maxon Cinema 4D, which I have been using for many years. I have created a complete environment with various connected rooms, furniture, and different objects. Everything works fine when exporting and importing to Cospaces in FBX format, with materials and textures that work correctly.
The problem occurs when the model I export/import is a bit heavier: the protagonist’s camera starts to have issues with movement. For example, it no longer passes through doorways but gets stuck as if there were an invisible obstacle (sometimes jumping a bit allows the camera to pass this invisible obstacle, but other times it doesn’t help at all).

I should specify that the same model, when exported with fewer objects and thus lighter, allows a much smoother and freer passage through the same doorways between rooms.
So, my question is: is there a weight limit for imported models beyond which the model causes movement and collision malfunctions, or is there a way to solve this issue?

Thank you!

This happens because of the collision boxes needed to detect collisions between the player and the objects.

As you can’t specify the collision boxes themselves, Delightex automatically creates them when the 3D model is imported. This doesn’t always end up with the expected results, sometimes also because the model itself wasn’t created perfectly.

If you try importing the room and the furniture as separate objects instead of uploading everything as one big model, that should work
