CoSpaces Edu :: How to create a Jacobite battle scene
Wanted to share a full tutorial I have been working on for my Primary 6 students to create a fully animated battle scene in CoSpaces.
Starting off small through CoBlocks and a few models, but then attempting to bring in some cinematic camera work!
Curious to see what people think and if anyone has any suggestions for things to add! Thanks in advance!

Awesome work @MrRigbyDL! My favourite thing is your use of the dialogues + scenes to step students through the different animation options - very effective.
I think adding some text, numbers, or highlight boxes to the editor pics in the first scene would help to step students through that process.
Some things to consider:
- How much knowledge or work-up-front do you think students need to have done, to complete this effectively?
- What aspects do you think students are most likely to struggle with?
- How much would you like them to struggle, and what could be some strategies for helping those who need more support (within the CoSpace)?
Camera-work is a whole lesson in itself. One tip you could give, for easily setting camera angles, is to set the camera mode to Fly, then use the F key to jump in/out of the camera and move it into position using standard movement keys.
