No matter if I view it on an ipad or or laotop it is all grey.
I am not sure why as no one else in my class has this problem.
It is probably because you have a filter on. If you go to where you can change the environment, such as floor and background, there is a filter section. You may have the black and white filter on. You can select no filter, and that will hopefully fix your problem.
