Delightex is not loading for 1/3 of my students

Starting this morning, about 1/3 of my students and myself are unable to even get to a sign-in screen with Delightex. We have tried restarting computers, deleting cookies and browsing history, different browsers, waiting, etc. Nothing is working. It is the fifth day of a five day project.

Please advise as we are paying customers and the program is unusable for many students this morning.

ask them to refresh the page or ask them to close and reopen it?
