my Trial Account has expired. My scool has a pro license now. Is it possible to transfer my student/class from the Trial Account to the new Pro-Account?
Hi @Lange assuming you have 2 accounts, we recommend deleting the new one with a Pro subscription (if there is no content there yet) and joining the Pro license from the account with the expired Trial. That way, the classes and students will be transferred to the Pro subscription.
If you also created content in the new Pro account, then create a new invite code and join with the expired Trial Account. Students / classes will be transferred to the Pro subscription and you’ll be able to delete one of the accounts.
