Hi! I have activated “AI Buddy Voice” in my license plan but it has recently stopped working for my students. When I am logged in and click on their AI buddies it is possible to activate voice and hear the voice, but it is not possible for the students themselvs to activate and hear the AI voice. Any ideas why?
