Hi, I recently made a virtual tour project in 360 image, I created an unlisted share link for my students who access the project as anonymous guests (without logging in). However, when they click the Immersive Reader icon (in 360 scenes), it always shows a “Unauthorized” error. We have tried multiple browsers including Microsoft Edge, but the issue persists. In my own account, I could access the readings, but for the others it still “unauthorized”. Why could it be like that?
Hi @Rianaurora Thanks for the detailed report, and for trying different browsers.
We’ve confirmed that this is a bug. The Immersive Reader icon shouldn’t be visible to users who open a shared Tour as anonymous guests, which is why they’re seeing the “Unauthorized” message. It isn’t related to the browser being used.
Immersive Reader is available to both Basic and Pro users when they’re logged in. Your students can log in to their Delightex Edu accounts when opening the shared Tour.
We’ve reported the issue to our development team so that the icon can be handled correctly for users who aren’t logged in. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!
