Yes, this is the same issue here. At the moment the “say” and “think” blocks don’t work with images. A workaround would be to place another object next to the image, or event better, attach the image to this object and then use this object in the “say” or “think” blocks. You can scale the object down (scale = 0.001) to make it “invisible”.
